Triana (Victor. Echo. November.)

This is the outfit Triana wears in the episode “Victor. Echo. November.” I made two versions of this costume. The first one I made for my friend Lisa to wear to go with my Kim costume at Dragon*Con 09. I liked her dress so much that I made another one for myself to wear, just for fun.
