Temari from Naruto
Temari is one of my favourites from Naruto. We have the same birthday: August 23rd! Yeah, I know, it’s awesome. I made this costume I think for Otakon 2004 or 2005, I’m not sure… It seems like forever ago! I don’t have it anymore because I sold it (and the wig, I think) a while back, but I’d love to make another Temari costume someday!
Construction notes: This costume is old as hell, so I really don’t remember how I made it at all. 
The fan is about the only thing I remember – it was a giant decorative fan I bought in Chinatown and spraypainted white, then I painted the purple circles on it.
